NB: Qt Libraries

If you are running Windows or Linux, and you do not already have Qt 3 installed on your computer, you will need to either download and install it from Trolltech or download the Qt libraries below. The Windows libraries should be downloaded to the C:\Windows directory or to the same directory as the executable. The X11 libraries usually belong in the /usr/lib/ directory.
